When I inquired about the price of a pair of jeans, the staff member I spoke with responded in a very rude manner. As I turned away, my sister overheard the same employee make an unkind comment, referring to me as “ugly.” Additionally, another staff member was staring at me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. This was especially disheartening because this location has been the main store where my mother and I regularly shop. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I wish you will take this matter seriously and address it with your staff to ensure that other customers do not experience the same treatment.
