  I was helped by male worker, Uday. Very nice guy he made my visit very pleasent. I told him he should be manager he told me he is which is very good choice for this mall. Thank you Uday for finding me the jean I love it.

  purchased a few shackets from American Eagle polo park last week and went back to the store to exchange them for a smaller size. The items were brand new, never worn, exactly as they were on the hanger. The staff accused me of using tape to reattach the tag, which is completely false. I never touched the tag at all. Anyone who shops here knows many of their new items already come with tape on the tag from the store. When I pointed this out, even the manager admitted that it shouldn’t be that way—yet they still refused to handle the exchange properly. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I asked the manager for his name, he said he “can’t reveal it”, which is absolutely pathetic and unprofessional. This was honestly one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had. Poor customer service, false accusations, and zero accountability. I will never shop here again, and I would not recommend this store to anyone.

  The cashier in that location was rude, I been waiting for while to purchase my items then when my turn is ready she told me the line up is over there. Not fair. Do better or organize the signing line up at least.

  Wanted to share my recent visit to this location. I never write reviews and honestly I was beyond impressed with the level of service at this store. Each and every staff member was very helpful in finding sizes and styles for my family and I. They held rooms for us so we didn’t have to carry anything. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service before! I had some items that I wasn’t sure would work but they very clearly stated their return/exhange policy which helps a lot as it’s different wherever you go. I appreciate them being open and very pleasing to shop with, I will for sure be coming here every holiday season just for this team.

  Yesterday i went into the polo park store and purchased two pairs of Jeans they were both taken off the sale rack of 39.95 but was charge $79 for one. When i called about it i was told that AE do not honour customers adjustment for a misplaced product. Poor customer service. I have been buying jean here for years and this was my worst service. The young lady in the dressing was beyond rude and disrespectful. First, time ever experience this at AE.
