  Really disappointing experience. All the popular styles and sizes always seem to get grabbed by resellers, so regular customers basically don’t stand a chance—it just feels unfair. Also, they never open on time. You can literally see staff inside chatting while customers are left standing outside in the cold for about 10 minutes, and then they slowly come open the door like it’s no big deal. The attitude overall is pretty bad. Definitely not coming back.

  Whenever im around town, always try to visit this store in the outlet. Just love the good vibes in here but definitely can be abit overwhelming sometimes when its holiday sale's loll🤣😂 And Associate Mike, Tanner, Juile,laura they are easygoing ppl to ask for help,try on,great customer!!!!

  Honestly… what is going on at this location? It’s pretty clear they’re selling to resellers and giving them prices that regular customers don’t get. Example: a Scuba and define jacket was $49 for a reseller, but $69 for everyone else (sometimes full tag price). And it genuinely feels like this store only wants to sell to those resellers—while the rest of us are treated like cash cows just to be squeezed. Super disappointing.

  Extremely disappointing experience This store has an attitude problem. Every time I come in, the staff act like we’re not real customers—almost as if we’re here to steal something. It’s not just once or twice, it keeps happening. For a brand that promotes inclusivity and mindfulness, this kind of judgmental service is unacceptable. It’s just a piece of clothing worth a few dozen dollars, but the way they treat people makes you never want to come back.
