I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent shopping experience at the Michael store. Unfortunately, I encountered a situation where a staff member, an India lady, followed me around the store despite my request for assistance to be left alone. It felt uncomfortable, as though I was being watched closely, and I was unable to shop in peace.
I want to clarify that this experience does not reflect the behavior of all the staff members, as the others were courteous and respectful. However, due to this incident, I am hesitant to visit this store again.
SARAH …. Love her down. She was such a big help in choosing my next purse we even talked a bit. She walked around the store with me trying new purses without making feel rushed or like I was wasting her time. Which is a big deal to me. Everyone had welcoming energy and honestly they’ll take my money again. Someone needs to let Sarah’s husband know he got Gold ❤️ lol

Ok heres the deal. If you want to go to a place where the staff will just come over harass you while you are just trying to browse and look for something nice for your wife… come here. The women here just won’t leave you alone. I went here to look for something nice for my wife. These women just kept coming over asking me what I was looking for, what the occasion, etc… lady I don’t need your help to make a purchase, I’m an adult. I got this.
Anyway, I left and spend $700 elsewhere. The diamonds are very nice.

I recently visited Michael Kors with a friend of mine , and we had an amazing experience. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. I called ahead and spoke with Gaston because I was looking for something special for my girlfriend, and he assisted me incredibly well. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Truly outstanding service highly recommend this store and shout-out to Gaston for making the experience so smooth and enjoyable!

I have worst experience with MichaelKors.Very bad customer support and norms. In my case, I ordered a handbag and backpack for some reason my ship to address was typo. Called the customer support to change the address within 30 mins I recieved the confirmation email but they told its not possible either to cancel & replace the order nor they were able to change/edit the address. Being a bigger brand how come they are not able to fix these minor things?and as a customer I faced this the 2nd time .Now I need to track my order from the courier service until I recieve it.
