  I’m writing to share a concerning experience during my recent visit to your Westwood location. I am usually an avid shopper and often come to this store with my family, especially when we are unable to make it to the Braintree location before it closes, as Westwood stays open an hour later. During this visit, we spent approximately $600. I have never in my life been spoken to by anyone in customer service this way in my life… While checking out around 8:50 PM, the heavier set cashier, Steffanie, openly stated that she was in a horrible mood. Her demeanor was dismissive and hostile when I asked a simple question regarding ordering items for pickup at this location. She misunderstood what I was asking and, rather than allowing me to clarify, responded angrily and refused to listen. When we asked to speak with a manager, she continued ranting to her coworker that her shift ends in 10 minutes and “whoever wants to take it outside is free to” then later when the manager came, Steffanie went on without regard or professionalism to confirm to the manager that she was indeed in a horrible mood, showing no respect for us or others present. Additionally, when I asked for her name so I could properly address the issue with management, she refused to provide it. It wasn’t until a coworker informed us that her name could be found on the receipt that we were able to identify her. I understand it was close to closing time, but we were respectful, paying customers and were making every effort to be quick. The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and left us feeling uncomfortable and, frankly, bullied out of the store. It is truly disappointing, as this is a location we typically rely on. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning out of concern that something similar could happen again. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used constructively.

  New management at the registers is not great. He is very rude, especially when helping me with a situation with my order. He is also extremely rude to his employees. I will not be shopping back here until they ether get new management or he checks himself and his attitude.

  Nordstrom employees claimed to of lost a shipped item. It was confirmed delivered and ready for pick up through email . Shoes that were my nieces Christmas gift, not happy. References from my sister experience Ordered my daughter her Christmas shoes she’s been wanting. Got them for a deal upon going to pick them up I was told they are no where to be found and they were given to someone else. Christmas ruined for my daughter who was already told she’d get these. They listed them as a return when it’s really a cancellation and on their part because they couldn’t “find my order”. I’m hoping they do the right thing and call me tomorrow with the whereabouts of my daughter’s shoes. Shoes were at the store the emailed me that they were ready my mistake was calling and asking to confirm. They then saw what shoe and the price I got them for and boom they vanished. Unbelievable

  While I was waiting in line, I witnessed the manager speaking very rudely and loudly to an unhappy customer. The way she handled the situation was unprofessional and escalated the tension instead of resolving it. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable as a bystander.

  I looked around, store looks clean ind in order. I did not buy anything. I chose to leave because I know about the return fees, per item, and I opted to shop elsewhere.
