  I picked up the SMILE fruit arrangement and it was absolutely perfect. The strawberries were bright and sweet, the pineapple was fresh and juicy, and the whole arrangement looked so cheerful. It was such a hit, everyone commented on how cute it was! This location does an amazing job with presentation and freshness. Highly recommend. 🥺💙

  Unbelievably bad service. I spent over $180 on a gift. The recipient sent a complaint using the online email service noting there was mold on some fruit and other fruit tasted rotten. No response. The recipient also let me know -- so I filed a complaint as well. No response. I called called customer service three times - each time they "took a note" for the store manager to call me back. Never got a call back. On the 4th call, I was able to speak with someone at the store (who only works about 2 hours a day) I asked for a full refund and for them to resend the order. They offered a partial refund. I told them that was not acceptable. They offered either a full refund OR to resend the order. I said I wanted both - and referred to their 100% satisfaction guarantee. They wouldn't do it -- so I took a full refund. ABSOLUTELY horrible from start to finish and REALLY disappointing.

  Apparently they don’t have any delivery people and zero care or concern for customer service. Rude and unwilling to deliver a $250 order. Person on the phone was beyond thrilled to cancel rather than find a driver to take order. I would have given zero stars if I could. Sad because I’m typically a huge fan of the brand, just not this location.

  So disappointed! I placed and order in the morning to be delivered that same day. When I was unable to get a tracking status I called the store a few minutes before 5pm right before they close. When the girl answered she asked the name it was to be delivered to, I told her and after a few minutes she asked to put me on hold. After holding 4 minutes another girl came on and told me my order had been delivered and before I could ask what time she hung up! Then, the status of my order was updated to "Delivered"! After reaching out to the recipient asking if they received anything from me, checking all the doors and mailbox, I was told no! I was infuriated to say the least. I called this morning and the woman I spoke with looked up my order and saw that it indeed wasn't delivered. She did have it delivered this morning but the out and out lying is what gets me! I was told that she would speak to the person when she got in but what horrible customer service. The woman I spoke with today admitted that they were having problems with workers. I get it but if the people you have working for you can't do their job get rid of them. It only hurts the business. I will NEVER order from this store again. One unhappy customer!
