- MMmislittle83Jan 12, 20261.0A young woman of color an Employee disrespected me about my service animal that is in training. SDIT Puppies cannot be service animals. So the appropriate word was emotional support animal. The corporate needs to train their employees on how to communicate with the community.. And she talked to me directly from across the store. We exchanged words and she was not professional about the encounter. My puppy was barking and I was trying to console her and now I realize my dog was not feeling good about being in there because her energy was bad and rude. From now on I will just go to the Citi trends in Springfield Plaza because they are very kind and they don't talk to people like that. I didn't have a problem with what she said it was how she said it. Never Again

She was whispering saying things about him and saying she was going to call security, My family is African american and its always the same women, she has done the same to many of my fellow African American friends and family. I will personally never support a store that's okay with racism. I tried to report it and got given attitude and hung up on the many times me and my family tried making reports.
