Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- AAAnonymousNov 4, 20255.0The staff here is amazing, especially Caylin and Alex!! They were so great that I specifically asked for their names to write a review, which I never do. Lulu must have replaced the whole team at this location, because the bad reviews from a few years ago do not seem justified based on my experience. I went in to buy some running shorts and my daughter and her friend wanted to pick stuff out for their wish lists. Caylin and Alex were so helpful in finding what I needed, and provided excellent service to me and the girls. The store is lovely and in a great location! Clothes are high quality, functional, and super flattering. We'll be back for sure!

I was trying some new looks and the manager Julie was a great advisor on style, comfort, placing orders, the option of free pants hemming services & even invited me to an in store event! I love great customer service & will definitely go back. The quality & comfortability can’t be beat!

- DBDan BrownJan 20, 20231.0Welcome to LuLu Wellesley. Apparently no one told them customers don’t appreciate bad attitudes. Manager was a mess. Unaware of standard customer support. I tried to get a pair of pants hemmed, they didn’t know the procedure. Argued back when I asked to hem pants to a specific length explaining they could not, even though I’ve done this multiple times at other stores (thanks Chestnut Hill!). Sad to see this attitude from a manager in the newly open store. Even once they agreed to do so, they still did not have the forms or know the process to submit the alteration. Also, we’re unaware that it could be shipped directly back to the customer. Gives low confidence , when making purchases at the store that what you purchase will eventually get to you. Overly, sad experience. Hope your manager gets some training or they find a new manager.
