  If i could give zero stars i would. I asked two employees for help in the jewelry section. One was going to radio for help 10 mins later nothing. Second time i asked i walked to front desk where i found two lady’s on their phone's and another standing there. Then 5 mins later she came back to tell me i would have to come back tomorrow. Now since i got an attitude from the teenage girl that thought her phone was more important. I will spend my money else wear. Just for the fact that my question was so simple a child could answer it maybe, you should teach your staff to ask how they could help rather than shutting me down and being on their phone's. Don't worry you guys will be out of business soon just like the rest, just because your customer service sucks.

  We were in your Wareham store on Monday late afternoon. During our shopping trip, we lost our four year old family member. Fear overcame us when we couldn’t immediately lay eyes on her. I loudly yelled out that we were missing a young child, her name, her description. Immediately, a message came over the loud speaker that a “Code Adam” was happening. Then another announcement calling Harper’s name asking her to come up front. All hands were immediately on deck, front doors were manned, and staff was put out on the shopping floor to look for her. Your lovely staff found her hiding in the men’s sport coats, and immediately brought her up front. I cannot begin to thank Monday night 12/29/25 staff enough for their rapid and professional response. It was truly impressive. We will forever be grateful for each and every helper. More importantly, we will make JCPENNEY WAREHAM OUR FIRST STOP FOR SHOPPING. Again, thank you! - A very grateful grandmother CAPE COD

  Just want to offer some kudos to jewelry department supervisor Jessica and GM Maggie for helping me resolve an issue with a jewelry purchase. I went into the store disappointed and a bit frustrated, but left the store 100% happy. Jessica took so much time with me and never lost her patience. In fact, she seemed committed to working with me until I was satisfied. These days, it’s hard to find that kind of customer service. In general, the store is always organized and carries a nice selection of clothing, home goods, etc.

  Clothing seems to be geared to older women. Nothing trendy. My biggest complaint is the opening time 11o'clock ??? I don't know a store on the planet that opens so late
