She said "what are they", looked at the box and said "do you have the app?" To which I replied "no". She gave the box back to me and said " I don't know we'd have to look it up and walk away from me, left me standing there. I waited for a minute to see if she was going to look it up but she just went to do something else. I said "ok are you able to check for me?" And she said "no I don't have a hand held you'll have to go wait Iine". Okkkk, thanks for telling me after the fact and not helping me. Everyone has a bad day and maybe she was but I got a complete brush off and it was messed up.
