- SCShu ChenDec 8, 20231.0I ordered the 'Fresher Than Ever Roses & Mixed Fruit Gift Bundle - Single Bouquet', but what I got in the end was a Thanksgiving bouquet - ON DEC 8TH. I was only told 'they are out of roses' when I came in to pick up, leaving me with little choice but to accept it. If you can’t fulfill the order, DON’T confirm it the day before. Worse even, the flowers in the bouquet have wilted. Many have mold grown all over them. In a supermarket, they would've been thrown out weeks ago.

By the time I asked her if she had received something and she started looking for it, it was nowhere to be found. I emailed asking for refund and received no response. I do not recommend this service at all.
- KBKori BillsSep 12, 20201.0Kim, who I believe is the manager at the Waltham Ma office said she would help me and has not done so. I placed a single order and my card was charged 5 times. Capitol One told me to call them and and that they needed to cancel the order on their end which they have not done yet making my card frozen days later. This is second time in three months that this has happend to me. 1st time in cape Cod ma now in west Roxbury ma. Kim keeps saying it's not her store but why would the employee call her and say Kim just left if its not one of kims storety s she manages? This is extremely unprofessional seeing as I sent Kim the pictures of the pending multiple charges and the number to capital so she could square this away and has not done so. I even sent her the picture of the card I used to place the order. This is extremely unprofessional and it seems Kim and a bunch of other people know nothing about their own company they work for and are not willing to take time out of their day to help the customers by any means I've done all the leg work for Kim. She just needed to call my credit company like I've told her and cancel on her end. I just wanted a simple order and one order only not 5 for my parents 40th anniversary. Do not be fooled by the commercials people! I'm sure I'm not the only one to have unpleasant expe riences based on other reviews I've read on here. Imagine what it likes to be in my shoes 👞 kim!!!!
