There’s no reason this amount of damage should occur shortly after purchase as this is suppose to last a lifetime. I brought it to multiple jewelers and they all said the same thing that that manufacturing was done poorly. Even if the jewelry exchange could give me a free replacement I wouldn’t take it because I don’t trust the quality. Really disappointed and do not recommend this jeweler.
