I brought my own stone and wanted to buy a setting from them so they could set the stone in it. They refused to set the stone because I didn't buy it from them. What jeweler won't set a stone for you? I was willing to buy a setting from them and pay for them to set my stone in it. I guess I'll have to have another jeweler do it for me. So much for all the hype. They clearly make all their money on marked up stone sales considering a fake lab created Diamond ring costs upto $1000 from them . Go to a pawnshop they won't give you anything for lab grown diamonds there is no resale on them the only value is in the setting itself. Overpriced garbage.( the stone I brought in wasn't Tanzanite it's Alexandrite I told the lady that multiple times, and Alexandrite is a 8.5 on the Mohs scale it isn't fragile at all. I would have signed a waver so you weren't liable if you did somehow break the stone. Besides that you have a whole section of just settings, so clearly you do set stones. Sorry if there was a miscommunication there somehow, but I'm very disappointed.
