  Date & Time is truly a gem! Their store is always beautifully organized, classy, and welcoming. The customer service is outstanding , friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They carry a great variety of high-quality products and amazing jewelry brands, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers and their community.   Listing watch repair and straps seems like a stretch since they only work with Rolex and refer everyone out to Swiss Watchmakers in Cambridge or Village Watch Center in Brookline. Sigh.

  This store is fancy! I’m just shopping for an entry level Tudor but I feel the atmosphere and service were top notch. My wife and I stopped in to look over some watches and were buzzed in by Sally. From there it was a pleasant and surprising experience. I tried on a couple of Tudors and a Rolex Sub. I was never hurried or pressured in the least. Overall, the experience was great. They were having some sort of event that night and we were invited back. We don’t have a lot of ADs near us so coming to Date and Time is as convenient as traveling to Albany or Hartford. Based on today’s experience I’d say Date & Time is a viable choice. Some may be put off by the level of polish at Date and Time but my experience was simply premium and not snobbish or off putting in any way.
