  I can’t say enough good things about Lisa at Date & Time. Over the past nine months, she has helped me with three watch purchases, and each experience has been exceptional. One of the watches was her recommendation—and to this day, I continue to receive compliments on it. It’s truly a conversational piece, and a testament to her taste and deep product knowledge. Every time I step into the store, Lisa makes me feel like I’m the most important client there that day. Her professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail are outstanding, yet she’s equally warm, friendly, and approachable. She is incredibly knowledgeable without ever being pushy, and her responsiveness to my questions—both in person and between visits—has been consistently impressive. Buying a Rolex should feel special, and Lisa ensures that it always does. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your experience and takes pride in what she does, I couldn’t recommend Date & Time and Lisa more highly.

  I’ve lived in Sudbury for 6+ years and only recently went into Date & Time recently for the first time. I wish I had gone in earlier as it would have made gift shopping a lot easier. I went in to learn about watches and Fay was exceptionally helpful. I also had no idea they had an in house jeweler for adjustments to existing jewelry. I was able to bring in a couple of rings for resizing (adding metal) and polishing. I was shocked that they were able to complete the resizing same day and the quality was superb. The only thing I am kicking myself over is not going in sooner.

  Do not trust this company or any of these reviews! I came in to inquire about watches and left… normal so so Rolex experience. Well the salesperson took my personal information and made a google account and gave himself a 5* review. These people are cyber criminals. I’ve attached a photo of the fake review. The FTC's rule (16 CFR Part 465) targets deceptive marketing practices, with significant consequences for businesses: Prohibitions: Bans reviews by people who do not exist (including AI-generated content), people who did not use the product, or reviews that misrepresent a user's actual experience. Buying Sentiment: Prohibits paying for, or providing incentives for, reviews that are specifically positive or negative. Insider Reviews: Company insiders (officers, managers, employees) must clearly disclose their connection to the business when posting reviews. Suppression: Bans using intimidation or fake legal threats to remove negative reviews. Penalties: Violating companies may face fines of up to $51,744 per violation.
