  We ordered a "Delicious Party" arrangement to be delivered to the Radiology & Oncology Department of Beth Israel Hospital. The staff member, Eliel, was very professional and attentive as he assisted us in our selection. The chocolate-covered apple slice gifts were good too. Our arrangement was delivered on time and, according to the photo 📸, looked exactly as we expected. When we arrived the following morning, the entire staff were raving about the arrangement as they enjoyed consuming every morsel of it. Thank You.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered an edible arrangement to my elderly uncle on July 16th, paid for delivery and everything. The order was delivered to the wrong address 1/2 a mile down the road. The person who signed for it called my uncle to come get it the next day. He's 93 years old and Boston is over 95+ Degrees. I called the store and let them know that wasn't acceptable, and they apologized, and promised a redelivery that same day (July 23rd) and a box of chocolates for the inconvenience. I said thank you, and moved along. Come to find out, this re-delivery never happened because "they couldn't get in contact with the recipient." They never called me, or let me know. Fast forward to this week (August). I call the customer service line again and talk to the manager of the store, Sara. She said they would re-deliver for the THIRD time. At this point, I'm not interested in the fruit anymore. I requested a refund, since I don't want to deal with this. She refused to give me a refund, and said the best they could offer was re-delivery (which mind you, WE NEVER GOT ANY DELIVERY) or a store credit. Why would I want to reorder with a company that is unreliable? I am still waiting for a phone call back from Sara's manager (she told me last week they would be calling me back, I've heard nothing). I do NOT recommend you spend $65 for 2 pieces of cantaloupe and a strawberry. Absolutely horrible customer service.

  There was an accident in delivering an order and they explained it was through a 3rd party. They immediately offered to make it right and send out a new arrangement that day. Delivery was prompt and accurate this time, and client was thrilled. Really appreciate the great customer service!

  Zero Stars!!!..My husband was trying to surprise me with an order of strawberries. He told me he had trouble placing the order because the young lady on the phone was talking very low and he also had to keep repeating himself because she was not taking down the information correctly. They had been on the phone for some time before she announced she was “training” and then someone else appeared on the phone to “help out”. That didn’t make a difference my husband found out by calling the corporate office because when following up on the order with corporate..they COULD NOT FIND IT! Every piece of information he submitted was incorrect besides his name and his credit card information!!!! The phone number (vital information) was incorrect which made it difficult for anyone to follow up especially the driver that was delivering the package. He is very upset! And so am I!! It was a surprise that turned into a stressful moment he had to share with me making it no longer a surprise. You would think that during these hard times when people are being careful with money and saving and choosing whom to do business with...you would get the service that was deserving. First time. Last time. Never again!!!! Sincerely, a writer with Twitter fingers....
