    We ordered a "Delicious Party" arrangement to be delivered to the Radiology & Oncology Department of Beth Israel Hospital. The staff member, Eliel, was very professional and attentive as he assisted us in our selection. The chocolate-covered apple slice gifts were good too. Our arrangement was delivered on time and, according to the photo 📸, looked exactly as we expected. When we arrived the following morning, the entire staff were raving about the arrangement as they enjoyed consuming every morsel of it. Thank You.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered an edible arrangement to my elderly uncle on July 16th, paid for delivery and everything. The order was delivered to the wrong address 1/2 a mile down the road. The person who signed for it called my uncle to come get it the next day. He's 93 years old and Boston is over 95+ Degrees. I called the store and let them know that wasn't acceptable, and they apologized, and promised a redelivery that same day (July 23rd) and a box of chocolates for the inconvenience. I said thank you, and moved along. Come to find out, this re-delivery never happened because "they couldn't get in contact with the recipient." They never called me, or let me know. Fast forward to this week (August). I call the customer service line again and talk to the manager of the store, Sara. She said they would re-deliver for the THIRD time. At this point, I'm not interested in the fruit anymore. I requested a refund, since I don't want to deal with this. She refused to give me a refund, and said the best they could offer was re-delivery (which mind you, WE NEVER GOT ANY DELIVERY) or a store credit. Why would I want to reorder with a company that is unreliable? I am still waiting for a phone call back from Sara's manager (she told me last week they would be calling me back, I've heard nothing). I do NOT recommend you spend $65 for 2 pieces of cantaloupe and a strawberry. Absolutely horrible customer service.
