If you want sleepless, exhausting, noisy nights, move to Assembly Row. The only thing “luxury” about it is the ridiculously high rent you pay for an okay apartment — not the comfort of being able to sleep quietly at night. In the summer, teenagers scream in the streets as if they have no brains. In the winter, on top of the teenagers, you’ll have snow removal machines running ALL NIGHT LONG, with the irritating, unbearable sound of metal scraping against the asphalt, waking you, your baby, and your entire family over and over again. And if you’re walking on the sidewalks during the day while the snow removers are operating, they will move straight toward you — forward or backward — without the slightest care or attention. You’re the one who has to get out of the way if you don’t want to get hit. Delivery trucks run throughout the night, honking, backing up, and leaving their engines idling for no reason. It’s one inconvenience after another. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve seen shoplifters and security guards running down the street, teenagers climbing onto garages and throwing drinks at people on the sidewalks. Not to mention all the fights between delivery drivers and parked motorists that have woken my child in the middle of the night. This place is awful to live in.

Very professional, recommendations were made during the process to keep easy and price-conscious while still keeping the style we wanted. The kitchenette in the office came out beautifully!
