- JHJessica HilemnSep 21, 20251.0Would give 0 stars if I could. Staff was terrible, no one said hello, asked if I needed anything or even acknowledged I was visible. They were all too busy talking about taking their break (break from what? They were just standing around on their phone) and what appeared to be the manager was more concerned about a staff member leaving and not buying something than the people shopping. I had an armful of things to purchase, but ultimately just left it on a table and left. Will not go back to this location.

Love the good day button down shirt, vibrant colors but runs big! XXS I am swimming in it. I understand it’s oversized but that fit is horrible!! I cannot find the name of the staff who was assisting me but I was there on 7/20 Sunday around 1:21pm. She should win employee of the month - attentive, helpful and made sure the transaction went smoothly. Would def go back because Aerie has cute clothing and did I say 100% cotton?!

There seemed to be a glitch in the app where I purchased 4 items for pick up but only 2 had arrived to the store. However the app was showing I had picked up and charging me for 4 items instead of just 2. Jackie was super friendly and helpful, trying to help multiple customers at once, had called customer service for me to get the issue resolved. My refund for those 2 items were processed immediately and I thank her for the awesome customer service!!
