  Would give 0 stars if I could. Staff was terrible, no one said hello, asked if I needed anything or even acknowledged I was visible. They were all too busy talking about taking their break (break from what? They were just standing around on their phone) and what appeared to be the manager was more concerned about a staff member leaving and not buying something than the people shopping. I had an armful of things to purchase, but ultimately just left it on a table and left. Will not go back to this location.

  Amazing sale going on now. Cute dresses and pants for $10 (online $20), short sleeves tops for $5, sweaters $10. Love the good day button down shirt, vibrant colors but runs big! XXS I am swimming in it. I understand it’s oversized but that fit is horrible!! I cannot find the name of the staff who was assisting me but I was there on 7/20 Sunday around 1:21pm. She should win employee of the month - attentive, helpful and made sure the transaction went smoothly. Would def go back because Aerie has cute clothing and did I say 100% cotton?!

  Store was not open at 11:05 on Sunday during opening hours. I had been waiting outside for 10+ minutes assuming it would open on time. Several other customers came by and left during this time. Not a single retail associate seemed to be inside. Huge waste of my time.

  I just had a bad experience at the Aerie store in Assembly Row manager (Alycia). The store advertised undies for 10/32. I get to register prices changed 5/20. Despite the signs still reads she refused to change it. By laws she should honored that not my fault she is not doing her job. I did not want to make a scene, I hope her superiors or someone above her reading this review.

  Worst experience I've ever had at a location. My sister and I had a girls day planned to do some shopping. Until today, we've loved the brand and always make it a point to shop at American eagle and aerie. As soon as we walked in no one greeted us which wasn't the biggest deal. But then as we kept walking deeper into the store, every single employee we passed just stared at as if we were inconveniencing them, and kept walking. They all were sloppily put together as if they just rolled out of bed and looked miserable. The store was full of people that were just roaming around because no one was helping them or telling them about promotions. I came there to shop the 10 panties for $35 promotion, as well as buy some swim suits. I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome that I just left. And on the way out again, the employees just stared at us. No bye or anything. Will not be going to another aerie.
