  maybe try a different location. the staff were not not friendly. when a sale went wrong, the staff made us stand there while complaining about ordering food and the “never ending amount of customers”. the staff tried to figure it out before giving up and telling us the final price, but the manager came over and called another person who did not know how to solve the issue. in the end we wasted so much time just for us to pay the initial price anyway.

  Everytime I come in here, all the employees are great, kind, friendly. Today, the store manager, Jackie was amazing! There seemed to be a glitch in the app where I purchased 4 items for pick up but only 2 had arrived to the store. However the app was showing I had picked up and charging me for 4 items instead of just 2. Jackie was super friendly and helpful, trying to help multiple customers at once, had called customer service for me to get the issue resolved. My refund for those 2 items were processed immediately and I thank her for the awesome customer service!!

  As someone who works in retail merchandising, the store is beautiful presented and well put together! The employees have always greeted me as soon as I have entered the store. Super kind, friendly, & helpful. Jackie, I believe the manager of Aerie specifically, is always there to help to the best of her abilities. She was multitasking trying her best to help more than 1 customer at once and was able to make us both happy at the end of the day!
