We made a reservation to take pictures with Santa on Christmas Eve and had the absolute worse customer service and experience. We made our reservation for 1:45pm and arrived around 1:20pm. The photographer Amanda asked us what time our appointment was and when we told her she barked back that we were late. Mind you there was another dad in line with his 6month old with a 1:45pm time slot as well. She took him and his pictures. When she returned she asked us again what time our appointment was and we told her 1:45pm she looked past us and asked the next 2 parties behind us their time and they where 1:30pm and 1:15pm. She took them without acknowledging our reservation. When she came back she told us they ran out of time and we couldn’t take pictures. She could not explain why she skipped us when we were on time for our reservation. She said to take it up with corporate but would not give us any number or who to contact. She yelled at us and berated us for waiting until Christmas Eve to take pictures. We had 4 small children and the grandparents with us. The kids were crying after her interaction with us. She called security over and we explained the situation to the officer and they told us she would take our pictures when they returned from break. She made us wait over an hour after our reservation to take our pictures. We made sure we were first in line for our pictures and after returning from break she skipped us again and took another party in line behind us. We reminded her that was not what was discussed with security and that she said she would take our picture after they returned. By the time she took our picture the kids were tired and the baby was crying and not cooperating. It hard to not feel discriminated after our interaction with Amanda. She pulled People behind us who were not people of color and when watching her interaction she is not friendly at all. We get it’s the holidays and it’s busy but that’s why we made our reservation and arrived on time because we respect peoples time. But to be mistreated with the children and grandparent with no explanation or apology feels very targeted. Amanda Gallagher the photographer was unprofessional, racist and a horribly incomplete person.

My family and I had a terrible Santa Photo experience at this mall today with a particular photographer named “Amanda Gallagher”. There’s no other way to put it, but she’s a horrible, racist, and incompetent person. Every Christmas, my family and I come to this mall to have our photos taken with Santa. The kids love it, and we make sure to set an appointment date in advance. We got there early and patiently waited in line, knowing there might be some delays or possible hiccups because it’s the holidays. I know it’s the busy time of the year, and I never want to leave bad reviews or talk down on people, but “Amanda Gallagher” has left me no choice because of what she put my family through. We arrived at 1:20 p.m. which was earlier than our reservation time, but Amanda, who was defensive and raised her voice at our party of four kids and grandparents, insisted we were all late. Despite our pre-paid reservation time of 1:45 p.m., she made us wait an extra hour due to her poor management skills and unprofessional demeanor. To make matters worse, Amanda decided to make all the kids cry by screaming at them. We were forced to wait an additional 30 minutes after our reservation time expired because she intentionally penalized all pre-paying reservation groups who came on time, forcing them to move aside to let people who arrived an hour late to their appointments. Amanda would pick out another group in the back of the line that wasn’t people of color and ask them to move further. This pattern happened three times during our wait, which went beyond our reservation time. When it was finally our turn, Amanda told us we were late again and had to wait another hour until any photos could be taken without any explanation. We’re extremely upset from our experience today. Amanda’s behavior was unacceptable, and she made our group and two other groups of people of color wait past our reservation time by 30 minutes, then telling us that we have to leave or don’t come back nor give proper steps for a refund. After questioning her berating announcement, she decided to call security and pulled the “Karen” card. When I saw the cop in view, I approached him to explain what had happened. As I looked over my shoulder, she continued to argue with my family members and our young children. She stopped when the cop and I walked over to the other side of the photo setup. After explaining the situation to the cop, he informed us that there was nothing they could do because it was their break time and that we should wait elsewhere for the elf and Santa to be ready to take the photos at 3:00 p.m. The cop told us the elf did not want us there waiting in line, which is not fair because we paid for the reservation time. The elf cannot just kick us out. While I am not mad at the cop for doing their job to de-escalate the situation, I believe Amanda could have handled her job better by not appearing extremely racist and selecting White people to cut in line first, which pushed out all the 1:45 p.m. reservations. It was blatantly obvious who she was favoring. The cops let it be known that she was wasting their time, which means she’s wasting everyone’s time by being a terrible person. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. She even yelled at some of us in line for booking photos with Santa on Christmas Eve. Like, if you don’t want to work and do your job, then why are you there being a jerk and racist to people? No one is forcing you to be there…Do your job in a professional manner, and no one will have a problem. Just, a terrible, terrible experience. I never wanted to have to write this about someone, but I felt like it was necessary.

They'll sell you a dream inside the store with all these fancy promises or low pricing. And manageable data plans and great service. However, when you get it, it's just complete opposite. You can't get a rep on the line thirty plus minute.Hold times you get bounced from person to person. There's really no communication.I called there because my bill was excessively high.Spoke 2 different women manager and assistant manager allegedly spent two months now haven't heard from anybody the gentleman that sold the phone was coolHowever, couldn't get no help out of him.Once the sale was completed, just called me to upsell me again on the internet same old oh, just come inside the store. And we'll figure it out scenario. But after wasting 3 hours in the store setting up the phone switching over and then probably an additional 7 hours on the phone with representatives and getting nowhere, along with the promotional pricing that I came over and never actually taking effect. And never being compensated for it. I switched carriers within 3 months. Now I'm getting 4 lines plus home internet with T-Mobile. I had one line w ATT totaling almost $200 initially, setting it up, we was quoted about a hundred and twelve dollars.Maximum...... No My 4 lines now are about $30 less than that with home internet so 5 services cheaper than the price of one ATT with T-mobile . You can do the math, but this is just a informative review to advise people. Att is not the one Crazy right?

Square One Mall used to be one of those places that felt alive somewhere you could spend hours wandering through stores, grabbing a snack, and running into people you knew. It had a little bit of everything, and for many of us, it was a staple of our teenage years and early adulthood. Walking through it today, though, feels different. While it still technically stands as the same building in the same location, the energy, variety, and sense of excitement that once surrounded it just aren’t what they used to be. To be fair, Square One Mall hasn’t completely lost its identity. A handful of familiar stores still hold down their corners like a reminder of what the mall once was. Seeing them almost feels like seeing old friends you get a moment of comfort, a flash of nostalgia, and a reminder of the “old days” when the mall was consistently busy and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Some of those shops do their best to maintain the atmosphere they always had, but the mall as a whole just doesn’t have that same spark anymore. Part of the change is simply the times. Online shopping has taken over, and malls everywhere have been struggling to stay relevant. But Square One feels like it’s stuck in a strange in-between place. It’s not fully modernized, yet it’s not preserved in the classic mall experience either. As you walk through the hallways, you can’t help but notice the emptier spaces, the quieter walkways, and the overall lack of foot traffic. The days when every store was bustling and you could hear chatter echoing from every direction are long gone. There are still things the mall does well. Parking is convenient, it’s easy to navigate, and for people who prefer in-person shopping or just want to browse without rushing, it can be peaceful. Some of the newer stores and kiosks have potential, and the essentials are still there. But even with those positives, there’s an undeniable feeling that the mall is trying to hold on rather than grow. Food options also aren’t what they once were. The food court used to feel like a social hub—busy, lively, and full of choices. Now it feels quieter, with fewer vendors and less energy overall. It’s fine for a quick bite, but it doesn’t draw people in the way it used to. Overall, Square One Mall is still functional, still familiar, and still a place where you can run errands or kill some time. But it’s impossible not to feel the difference. It’s not the mall many of us grew up with, and even though some pieces of the past remain, the overall experience just isn’t the same. For those who remember its heyday, visiting now feels a little bittersweet like walking through a memory that’s fading, even as you try to hold onto it.
