There was a decent amount of vacant space but it wasn’t as bad as some other malls I have visited. Additionally, with the closure of the sears, it has left a lot of dead space at the mall. Overall, this mall was quite nice and I’m glad I got to see the sears until it likely gets demolished.

The options are okay at best but the best stores are constantly being taken down and leaving behind mediocre replacements. The security is absolutely laughable. Near retirement age workers who find any reason to bark at you, yet ignoring actual problems. It’s genuinely sad to watch. Only positive I can mention is I haven’t had any bad food from there. Unless you absolutely need something from the built in best buy, I can’t see any reason why somebody would drive here instead of the multiple superior malls just 15-20 minutes away.

I'm actually shocked at the crowd that this place draws, I don't feel safe here anymore as an individual because people are very loud, aggressive, and borderline violent and out of control. They take it out on the stores. I find the employees are (justifiably) sad, tired, and under supported. I feel really bad for the torrid especially because their team works incredibly hard, and I felt really heartbroken they are closing on the 26th. I think this is really a shame because I know how important the jobs provided from here are, and it also is a pillar of the Boston community. Not having accessible or fixed escalators or air conditioning is a major issue of grounds management. I don't even care so much that my personal experience was bad, because if I had to work in an unsecured and uncomfortable environment, I would also not be providing good customer service. Really sad.
