  I had a great experience working with Retno at Long’s—5 stars all the way. From the moment we started, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Her expertise in wedding bands was truly impressive—she has an incredible wealth of information and took the time to walk us through all the options, styles, and details without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. What really stood out was how attentive and thoughtful she was throughout the entire process. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and guided us in a way that felt personal, not pushy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to feel confident and excited about their decision. Buying wedding bands is such an important moment, and Retno made it feel easy and enjoyable. We left feeling informed, comfortable, and really happy with our choice. I would highly recommend asking for Retno if you’re visiting Long’s—she’s fantastic at what she does! Also, Penny at the counter is a huge asset—friendly, efficient, and a great addition to the overall experience. She ensured a prompt resizing in time for the big day, which we truly appreciated.   We had a great experience working with Nick at Long’s Jewelers. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. We bought my fiancé’s first Rolex from him, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, never made us feel pressured, and was always helpful and responsive. Highly recommend asking for Nick!

  I’ve visited Long’s Jewelers in Peabody a few times now, and every experience has been great thanks to Nick. He’s always kind, genuine, and goes above and beyond with his customer service. And all thanks to Nick, he was able to get me the watch that I thought I would never be able to get!! He called me in the other day and surprised me with the watch I always dreamt to have! The holy grail watch!! And because of him, I’ll definitely will always remain a loyal customer!

  I had another great experience at Long’s in Peabody. I originally went there because they did an excellent job repairing my watch, and this time I brought in a pendant that needed to be fixed on a chain. I was told it could take up to two weeks, but after they found out I’m in college and was hoping to have it back sooner, they went out of their way to help. They personally made sure it was repaired within the hour so I could bring it back to school with me. The team was extremely kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. I really appreciate the level of care and service they provide, and I highly recommend them.

  I’m currently working with Retno, and I couldn’t recommend her more. I visited a few different jewelers before this, and she was so refreshing. You can tell right away that she genuinely cares about her customers and the experience she provides. Retno took the time to really understand what my fiancée and I were looking for, especially when it came to designing a custom ring. She walked me through different options and even tried out various dimensions so I could see what i loved the most. Everything was explained clearly, and she was knowledgeable and on point throughout the entire process. On top of that, her pricing was very fair compared to other places we looked at, which made the decision even easier. We haven’t received the rings yet since they’re still being made, but based on the care, communication, and attention to detail so far, we’re really excited and confident they’ll turn out exactly how we envisioned. I’d definitely recommend Retno if you’re looking for a smooth, stress-free experience.
