- GMgabriela morenoNov 30, 20251.0We were looking at boots when we noticed a salesperson ,my husband asked for a different size, and he didn't seem to understand our English. I went over and repeated the size we needed; he responded but looked away. We asked for another pair of shoes, and he whispered something to another salesperson. This one said, "Let me help you," and very politely asked us for the size we needed. But I decided to leave. From the beginning, the person had a racist attitude. It's a shame to feel this way, and I wouldn't recommend or ever go back to this store.

I applied for a LL Bean credit card and there was in issue with the application process. Once the card was processed on the following day, she reached out to the manager to make sure I still received my discount for the new card. Thank you Eve!
- JOJoey O'NeillMay 6, 20241.0Everyone at this location is fantastic except KIM. I just witnessed Kim push a credit card on someone that didn’t speak English and then fill the form out for her. When I asked her daughter if she knew she was opening a credit card, no one answered but Kim. She snapped that she “already explained it to her”, but she didn’t. There was clearly a language barrier, as the woman had to turn to her young teenage daughters for answers to everything Kim was asking her for (license, yearly income, etc). That felt incredibly predatory and WRONG. Hire less people like Kim.

I was in today, with a unique issue on a recently purchased jacket. Robin, and especially Tara, went well above and beyond the call of duty to help resolve my issue. Which, in fact, she did. A truly wonderful experience that is rarely found in the world of retail these days. I highly recommend this brand and location!
