  This was my first time shopping here and the man working today, I believe his name is Dariel, was so lovely and incredibly helpful that I will definitely come back. He was assisting several customers and yet managed to never make any of us wait more than a moment for help. He was well informed on his stock, the different fits, and gave me great advice on styles that would work well for my father in law.

  We were glad to find a big & tall store near Cape Ann, to help us outfit a friend in dire need of clothes in 5x size. They have a scanner that can assess your correct sizes, as trying things on is hard when you're that big. Dariel, our CSR, got him sized gently and discreetly, with respect and positivity. Our first trip, we got him a good winter coat & a shirt that was on sale; I established an account for him that I manage. Got him pants on Black Friday he was delighted with. This week, armed with gift certificates, we returned again. Dariel helped him choose a few things, sized him for shoes, made some excellent recommendations and pointed him to a clearance sale to get the most bang for his buck. He is now outfitted head to toe with comfortable, unripped, unstained clothes that fit and make him look well. We will definitely be back from time to time. Dariel is an absolute treasure; he makes everyone feel welcome, respected, and unjudged. What a difference this has made in the life of a guy who has been isolated by poor health and circumstances! Well done, DXL and Dariel!

  Always satisfied with both casual and dress clothes I purchase from DXL., I have been to a few in various states. Today's service was top notch. Anthony served us today and did a fantastic job. Appreciate that he gave us our room to shop but was there when we needed assistance. Professional, courteous and humorous made for a great shopping experience.
