  my now husband and i met with mike after a good friend referred us to DeScenza and i am so glad we took their advice. we designed and purchased my engagement ring with mike and the process was SO easy. mike was extremely knowledgable and made us feel confident in our decision. we also purchased my wedding band from mike after such a great experience. i get so many compliments on my rings and could not recommend DeScenza more.

  Nothing short of amazing. I went to three jewelry stores before I decided on Descenza. When I met Stephanie at Descenza Peabody, it was truly the experience I was looking for. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable. She worked to understand my vision and I was not looking for a simple or traditional engagement ring. I was looking for a moi et toi redesign using my original diamond and a new one. After going through CAD designs I was invited to Boston to meet with the Jeweler, see the wax mould and make sure everything was perfect. When the ring came in it was better than I could have ever expected. I also ordered a custom wedding band stack as well and could not be more pleased with the end result. Descenza has high quality diamonds and the price was great. For context, less than two years ago I redesigned my engagement ring with a high end (and expensive) Boston Jeweler (NOT Descenza). Not only was the ring very different form the CAD designs, but it was not set correctly and in less than two years, the new diamond I purchased fell out of its bezel setting and was lost. This Boston jeweler also was incredible insensitive when it came to try to replace what was lost, which was why I searched out a new store. What I can say is Descenza went above and beyond. Even though it was terrible to lose a diamond, Descenza's attention to detail and new design more than made up for any grief.

  Absolutely incredible customer service. I have been coming here for watch repairs/batteries/etc. and the entire staff is extremely pleasant, welcoming and impressive. I trust them with my watches and will continue to be a long term customer. Happy Holidays and Thank you for the excellent service this month
