  The time was just before Christmas. Got my daughter Lynxx a skateboard, helmet and a drone. The cashier told me if I got the credit card I could save 50%. She was correct. The basically free drone. Yeah that thing sucked. Not good. But it was AWESOME because the skateboard and helmet and rebate made up for the disappointment of the drone. 10 min flight time.. seriously not cool. Working much better after I scavenging 2 vape batteries and installed a USB c charging ability. It flys for around 45-70 minutes depending on weather. But that's not here or there. The service person was professional and honest and nice. In a place that is dying. It takes a special kinda person to be like that. That weight is heavy. But she did it with grace. I just pray and hope that they don't burn that in the big picture of everything.

  I went in around 10:45am to the Emerald Mall in North Attleboro, first floor, mens department. There was this Polo brand 3 pack of cologne I was going to get my husband for Christmas. Like a normal shopper I picked up the item debating if I would pursue the purchase and carried on, did not go near the exit, I walked across the kiosk to the other side of the department. These 2 ladies were speaking spanish and one of them greets me (in a clearly suspicious manner) and tells me the kiosk is “over there.” Doesnt ask how my morning is doesnt even answer when I ask. To ease everyone I go stand where I saw the cologne and try to decide right there if I want it, as Im thinking I hear them call an older lady over and immediatley the three of them ALL start looking across the aisle at me. That made me so mad that I just put the box back walked right by them and said “have a nice day ladies” and left . I don’t normally write reviews, I’m pretty graceful even when someones demeanor is off with me. But I really felt mistreated, disrespected, mistrusted, and embarrassed and no one deserves to feel the way I felt. Especially when your’e holiday shopping during a time of year that is already difficult enough for you. As someone who has served in customer service for over a decade myself, and as a lifetime community member, this experience was unacceptable JCPenney.

  Love it ..came from Maine to return the package I got was for someone else. They gave me credit no problem
