  The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The Bud Bar is a fun twist. Great promos/perks too. I usually get what I think is a house brand, Ozone - it nevvver let's me down ;) The rep from the Good Vibes promotion this evening was also knowledgeable and friendly - and engaging. The Newton location is my spot. Vive Ascend!

  The entire Ascend team is always wonderful. Grace was exceptional last night! She is always so pleasant and helpful!!!! She was sweet and went the extra mile, per usual, to make my visit stress free! She is a gem who’s warm energy permeates after the visit. Good customer service is rare, having people on your counter that have your customers smiling all the way to their car is even more rare but Grace did just that for me last night with her kindness that turned a very stressful Day around in just a few minutes! Cheers to her and all the rest of your wonderful staff for their outstanding work!!!

  Place is great and my go to for great deals. But the last stuff I got “depth charge” was one of the worst I’ve ever smoked. It was so bad I was tempted to quit smoking altogether. I’m not sure if it was a bad batch or what, but it’s truly been one of my worst experiences as a stoner who’s been smoking more than half his life. I’d have just reviewed the strain itself but I didn’t see the option on the website. But it was so bad I couldn’t not leave negative feedback unfortunately. Like I said usually enjoy but now I’m going in weary for my next purchase hoping I don’t get another similar dud, if I do I’ll likely search for a new go to spot.

  My first time at Ascend , thanks to the gentleman who guided me how to use a kiosk. The young lady Jasca was also great . I will be back again and again
