  Very disappointing experience with the Louis Vuitton store in Natick. From the beginning, the sunglasses I bought there never sat properly on my face and kept sliding down. When I went back to the store, the staff told me they were “afraid to adjust them in case they break,” so they basically refused to help. I should mention I’ve never had this problem with any sunglasses before — simply tilting my head down would make them fall off. Eventually one of the arms fell off completely. When I returned, the store told me many of this model have the same issue and the problem is the screw, but they didn’t have the screw and said I would likely need to replace both arms for $145. Even though this clearly sounds like a design issue, they insisted it was due to use and said I either pay or they send the glasses back unrepaired. I asked them to escalate to a manager and was told the store would contact me within 3 business days it has now been over a week and no one has reached out. For a luxury brand, both the product quality and customer service were extremely disappointing.

  I tried to stop in at the Louis Vuitton store during a shopping trip at the Natick mall on 2/28/26. I was looking for a new cross body bag. I was rudely stopped at the door and told I could not enter the store & would need to wait outside the store in the mall until an associate was available. I understand that Louis Vuitton doesn't just let an unlimited number of customer browse through the store without being paired up with an associate. It was the way I was approached and the indifferent attitude of the associate that surprised me. I've bought several items from Louis Vuitton in the past. Considering the fact the a typically purchase is thousands of dollars, perhaps inviting customers to a sitting area and offering a bottle of water would be the least the store could do for their customers. I will never step foot in that store again. I will go back to West Hartford Ct where the staff at least pretends to value the customer.

  Be careful with this store. I do not believe it is up to LV customer service standards. The store manager is very shady. I went into the store and purchased a hand bag for my wife. It was meant to be a Christmas gift and for our family a very special one. Something she’s always wanted and is realistically a little out of our budget. I had the bag shipped to avoid MA sales tax as I live in NH. The store made an error and accidentally shipped me 2 bags. Here is where the problems began. I reached out to the store and left a message to be called back on 12/26 to point out the error. On 12/30 Alvin the store manager called me unaware I had attempted to call and asked for the hand bag to be returned. I obliged and requested a shipping label be sent. Instead (shady move one) he sent me a pay by email invoice. We got that corrected and I told him I was traveling with family for the new year and asked for a little patience as I knew I had a busy following week but I would get to UPS as soon as I had time. He and another associate contacted me basically every day which I replied every time simply stating what I had already. Then only 7 days after his initial contact to me he stated he would have to open a police report. Louis Vuitton mailed me a bag on accident and they wanted to paint me a s a criminal. Not once did Alvin apologize for any of the actions of his store. Not once did I not communicate or even over communicate with him and he quickly jumped to involving police. I promise this is not one of those over blown horror stories coming from an upset customer. These are simply the facts of what lead me to be severely disappointed. On top of it all he has continuously refused to give me contact information for his regional manager. Even once pretending to but send a blank text. This was a big purchase for our family and it has been beyond soured by the actions of this shady manager. Truly disheartening

  Had such an amazing experience here today. I wish I could remember the women’s name that helped me because she truly was superb. I came in to exchange a bag and was all over the place with what bag I wanted to exchange for. The consultant was overly patient with me and really took her time to make sure I found the perfect bag. I am so thrilled with my purchase and can not say enough good things about this location.
