It is a clean place, like all the other J Crew stores but the employees need to their privilege and tone. Very condescending. Especially the platinum blonde one.

When they used to have a smaller store across from LV there was a S w complete silver hair shoulder length bob cut and she is really THE WORST! Shes rude, doesnt help, only helps clients that she knows aka her fav returning customer. I cant believe shes worked here for years and she is STILL working at the store.

Just got checked out and one person left the POS as I got in line, talking on an ear piece constantly, and replaced themselves with another associate who didnt say anything to me except the price and if I needed a bag.

Found a jacket but was indecisive when I told Sam what I was looking for she said a long cardigan would be more in style than the jacket I was looking at. They also helped me with a gift for a male college student. Highly recommend this J Crew store
