I’ve never experienced making a small mistake and getting yelled at in front of everyone by someone. I didn’t get her name, but she had long dark brown hair and glasses. I told her that the way she handled my situation was very unnecessary and instead of acknowledging me she said next time I have to ask. I also, heard her yell at someone else. I get it, very busy store, but she could’ve handled things more professionally especially being a manager.

I didn’t find the place to be messy or unorganized, I actually had a really pleasant time. Windsor is one of my favorite stores and I can’t wait to come back to this location.
