- AVAna VelazcoDec 30, 20251.0Love the store. I always get my going out clothes from here. The manager that was there today was incredibly rude though. I’ve never experienced making a small mistake and getting yelled at in front of everyone by someone. I didn’t get her name, but she had long dark brown hair and glasses. I told her that the way she handled my situation was very unnecessary and instead of acknowledging me she said next time I have to ask. I also, heard her yell at someone else. I get it, very busy store, but she could’ve handled things more professionally especially being a manager.

I didn’t find the place to be messy or unorganized, I actually had a really pleasant time. Windsor is one of my favorite stores and I can’t wait to come back to this location.

- MMMariaSep 21, 20254.0I came here with my mom recently to shop for my sweet 16. I waited in the long fitting line only for them to make my mom wait on the outside despite needing help with dresses. Nonetheless my mom walked around looking a dress i needed in a different size. the employees barely helped her and told her they didnt have what she was looking for without even actually looking. They basically just brushed my mom off like she was a burden. My mom decided to look at the size on the mannequin when a different employee approached her asking if she needed anything. my mom explained the situation to her and she was more than happy to help. she not only checked the mannequins size but also undressed it for us. my mom speaks primarily portuguese and the employee did her best to help with the language barrier. We then found this employee later in our shopping trip and asked for her opinions on dresses i was between and she also helped us to order another dress online. she was very educated and let us know all of our options. another employee helped with opinions as well and told us her name was emily and that the lady helping us was chloe. emily was kind and made me feel more confident in my choices. my mom and i were not too impressed with the customer service here in this store until chloe helped us and met all of our needs on top of doing other things. everyone here should learn a thing or two from emily and chloe about kindness and proper customer service.
