- SKShamaila KhanJan 20, 20261.0I came in to return my bracelet purchase, which was bought with cash. Apparently, buying things with cash is a huge deal now a days and the workers at Tiffany's find that it is a big deal to process the return. I had all my receipts with me, but I was made to feel like I was lying about paying cash for an item and then wanting to return it. I was given only some cash back at the point of return and was told I would receive a check for the remaining amount. The cashier checking me out made a mistake on the check amount, one of the many mistakes she made. It has been over 2 months, and I still have not received the check in the mail. However, Tiffany's has my brand new bracelet. I feel like I lost money, time, and was made to feel badly as a customer.

I had a bracelet repaired/ clasp fixed and added a link at this location and it took a little over a month for it to return back to the store. Just FYI. I was able to call corporate and they were able to tell me where the bracelet was.

The Sales associates were incredibly friendly and readily available to service clients. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer helping me pick out the perfect bracelet to add to my wrist stack. :) I will absolutely be returning for some Holiday Shopping this year, and highly recommend others to shop at this location.
