- MMMariana MirandaSep 26, 20251.0WORSE PLACE TO SHOP, needed information on a specific modal that they did not have in stock. i was asking information about it to order right in store and asked the possibility of having at the other store in the mall. Was simply disrespected by the employee (Characteristics: Blond Hispanic women) that roll her eyes and said a word in Spanish. Sadly to her I'm also Latina and understood her language and confronted her explaining how disrespected i felt!!! RUN AWAY FROM THAT STORE, go to the one down near Sephora ( I had the best customer service there).

- JDJosh DiamondJun 18, 20251.0The woman there, whose name I did not get but who identified herself as a regional manager and spoke with a thick Spanish accent, told me I could not make a return at that store as I'd purchased my sunglasses at an outlet store. I had not purchased the sunglasses at an outlet store and I informed her of this, but she did not believe me and argued with me for several minutes. It took an additional half an hour to complete the return while she texted on her phone. She was cold and terse and offered no apology for denying my return, arguing with me, and taking an eternity to complete the transaction. She also informed me she would be firing the salesman who sold me the sunglasses, which I found shockingly unprofessional. It was possibly the worst costumer service experience of my life. Then, when I went to email Sunglass Hut to inform them of my bad experience, the website would not allow the email to be sent. Great company.
