My daughter went to the Apple store in the natick mall to get her phone replaced/ fixed, per the verizon support app. She drove 30 miles to get there and they told her they couldn't fix it. She then went to the verizon store in the mall per apple to get her defective phone fixed/replaced. When she spoke with the verizon folks they told her she had to go to another location to have it replaced/repaired. My daughter then put me on the phone with a manager named Dee at the verizon store. When i was speaking with her and asking her why do we keep getting sent everywhere just to get a repair? The manager Dee was very rude with her replys, said she was not accountable and then she hung on me. Terrible experience at this verizon store in the natick mall.
The layout is so confusing, it's like an airport. This place is huge! We had no idea where to park to access a main entrance. Signs were useless. Parking was just very difficult in general, you couldn't even find a spot if you knew where you were going. We didn't even end up going in because we drove around for 20 minutes trying to find the right place to park. I prefer the south shore plaza, this place was a headache.
Whoever manages this mall pays no attention to the facility upkeep. The bathrooms had no changing tables. Of the four family changing rooms, 4 are always are out of service.
The two nursing stations? One is also always closed. The seating area in the bathrooms are so worn and dirty. Something you’d expect from a strip mall. Bathroom stalls with no toilet paper, ADA stall with no lock lever (this is an ADA violation), of the 4 soap dispensers, only one worked the rest just randomly squirt piles of soap. It’s clear Maintenence isn’t a priority. If I was a retail tenant I’d be furious. As a guest I just won’t come back. Visit the Copley Place Mall instead.
It’s unacceptable to not pour money back into the facility at a baseline standard of maintenance. Instead Brookfield Properties apparently prefer to bolster their profits and save $ by letting it fall into disrepair. A shame as this is an important asset to the community and their portfolio (one would assume).

Once you’re in, it’s totally worth the trip. There are tons of great stores and spots to check out all around the mall, so you can easily make a full day of it. The layout is easy to navigate once you’re parked, and the vibe is lively without being overwhelming. Even if you have to circle a bit to find a spot, the shopping, food, and atmosphere more than make up for it. Definitely plan some extra time for parking, but once you’re inside, it’s a really fun place to explore and enjoy.

I liked everything about this place. The mall was gigantic but the stuff is expensive. I came here to get my brother yeeziesband they were 100 dollars but on the official website it was 20. Otherwise things are really cool and they have good brands. The food court has really good food and a still high price. Just don't go ti Spencer's, please...
