It’s almost impossible to find a map in the mall, and at times, the number associated with the store on the map is not even correct. Install up to date maps that are electronic and useful for your visitors.

It almost feels like the technology is too advanced for anyone to fix anymore! Jokes aside, there’s some truth to it. I remember visiting the Natick Mall about 20 years ago, and back then, the escalators were always running smoothly. Times have certainly changed!
