  Had such an amazing experience here today. I wish I could remember the women’s name that helped me because she truly was superb. I came in to exchange a bag and was all over the place with what bag I wanted to exchange for. The consultant was overly patient with me and really took her time to make sure I found the perfect bag. I am so thrilled with my purchase and can not say enough good things about this location.

  Think you’re smart ordering a week ahead for pick up to avoid lines? Nope you’re not, they don’t honor pick ups separately, you’re going to wait in the long 1 hr+ line to pick up your order. Skip the store, never go here, just order for delivery to your house. They don’t care about customer relationships like they used to before Covid.

  Bought and feel it like they sold fake product, come back and ask them for repair the want to charge for it. Poor product, not worth the money anymore. So disappointed

  I guess if you come in with sweatpants & a hoodie (same color. Looked very nice and clean. They don’t care & will look at you like you broke. News to them I make $$$.
