Just got checked out and one person left the POS as I got in line, talking on an ear piece constantly, and replaced themselves with another associate who didnt say anything to me except the price and if I needed a bag.

Found a jacket but was indecisive when I told Sam what I was looking for she said a long cardigan would be more in style than the jacket I was looking at. They also helped me with a gift for a male college student. Highly recommend this J Crew store

I’ve been shopping at the natick store ever since they opened and there is a this one employee w blond short hair SA and she is the worst!!!! She checks you out up and down before welcoming you, she stands around the checkout line doing nothing even when there is a line, she doesnt even acknowledge you when you walk around her- doesnt offer help and when you do, she acts like shes too busy to help you. She’s been rude countless times in my shopping experience that i feel so strong to write this review. Please! You make minimum wage working at jcrew please dont look at me up and down as if you’re better. Def need to drop the attitude.
