I legit bought it on 12/23 and wore it for Christmas. In less than 3 days the bracelet is junk. I ask to return it and was met with insane hostility, claiming because it was “worn” I can’t return it. Welllll it’s jewelry not underwear, and I wouldn’t be returning it if it didn’t crumble on itself within 3 days of ownership. I love fine jewelry but this stuff is junk and it breaks, and they are extremely rude when you try to get help. They love to give you champagne and chocolate to get you to buy but do they hate to stand by their products.
