  I had an outstanding experience at this American Eagle. I want to give a special shoutout to Kami, Brooke, Nafisa, and Healey for being absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I came in hoping to find slightly flared jeans, and they approached the whole process with so much care and enthusiasm. They listened closely to what I was looking for, pulled great options, and made the dressing room experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. They checked in at the perfect moments and kept bringing pieces that matched exactly what I described, which showed how thoughtful and attentive they were. It felt like having a personal styling team who genuinely wanted me to walk out with something I loved. Their kindness and dedication completely elevated my visit. I am genuinely grateful for the exceptional service and will absolutely be coming back because of them.

  The was manger was incredibly rude for no reason. She almost kicked out the person I was with because they were waiting on me in the store while I was trying on clothes, and she had a horrible attitude because I didn’t want to pay for a second pair of jeans for half off.

  There is a gay manager ( Don't get offended I have a gay Brother) that I wish to know her name, for the way she treats Hispanic people I feel like she has something against them, I think the word is "racist" you need to treat people like you would like to be treated. Where is your manners, where is your costumer service, where is your professionalism, where is your ethic? You need to treat your employees, customers, delivery guys anybody with manners, because you are the manager that doesn't make you better than any body.
