Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- ABAdam BatchelderOct 22, 20251.0Horrible experience getting pants tailored. Brought pants in, wore the shoes I wanted to wear with them. Pick up pants 1 week later and they are 3 inches to short. They almost don't even reach the top of my shoes. Manager asks did I wear the same shoes, did I wear them low on my waist.. she then says well thats the risk you take having them hemmed. They then offer to replace them with a different size pants and I have to pay the $8 difference because they raised their prices since I bought mine. Comfy pants but service sucks.

There were very few customers in the store, yet the cashier didn’t greet me at all when I approached. I was next in line, but was treated differently than the person before me. She simply scanned my four items, asked for my phone number, said it was wrong without explaining why, told me the amount owed, and then walked away. This behavior felt rude and impersonal. I expected basic courtesy—something as simple as a greeting, an explanation, and respectful communication. Because of how I was treated, I’m very unlikely to return.
