I ordered 1 edible arrangement to a friend’s house who she and I lost someone close. I got a call from a driver saying he delivered the package (amazing) shortly after I got another call saying the same package was delivered. Which is weird because I called the store to double check my order and they sent me a Confirmation email of just 1 edible arrangement totally $89.99. When I called the store to let them know, they told me “I’m not the smartest Girl, I could of made a mistake and ordered two”.I STARTED CRYING. NO let me see how I can help, NO store credit back NOTHING. I would rather CUT up my own fruit, drip it in chocolate and do a ROAD trip before I use EDIBLE arrangements again. PHOTO BELOW ordered only 1!!

I called EA on very short notice to send a thank you arrangement, thta needed to be delivered more than 20 minutes away. She worked with me on all the things I wanted to include and made up the arrangement fast. She went out of her way to help me say Thank you, and saying 'Thank you' to her is the least I could do! I woul dnot hesitate to order from her or the Milford EA again! She is really customer service drivena nd an asset to the business. Thank You again!
