  I ordered a sympathy gift from this location, and while the edible arrangement was delivered, the Charli the Cupcake plush add-on was not. I only discovered the problem later, after a separate Edible Arrangements order for my mother from a different store also arrived with a missing item (that store corrected it immediately and re-delivered), which prompted me to check with my friend to make sure she had received everything. She had not. When I called this store, the person I spoke with, who said he was the owner, initially insisted the item had been sent. When I explained that it had not been received, he then said he would send another one free of charge. I pointed out that it was not “free of charge” because I had already paid for it, and he then corrected himself and said he would send a replacement. That replacement never arrived. I also submitted a complaint through Edible Arrangements and did not receive a timely response. What made this especially upsetting was that this was sent to my best friend after the loss of her dog. The gift message was written in my dog’s voice, saying that her dog would want her to take comfort where she could, and the reference to “backup cuddles” only made sense if the plush had actually been included. Without it, an important part of the message was lost. In the end, I had to open a PayPal dispute to get refunded for the missing item.
