  I received a strawberry arrangement with ripe/rotten strawberries and a "cupcake" that looked like it was made by a toddler. I feel bad for the person who gifted it to me, as she wasted her money. The arrangement and cupcake ended up in my trash the same day.

  Edible arrangements is absolutely horrible! They have no customer service whatsoever. They only want to do what’s right for them that’s what’s right for the customer. I live in an apartment building that has a secured entry to the lobby. Somehow they must’ve gotten in and left the arrangement in the heated lobby. Never once did they ring my doorbell for me to come down and accept my delivery or call my cell phone to let me know what was here. The arrangement sat out there for over 24 hours unrefrigerated. All they wanted to do was resend the arrangement. The arrangement was meant for Christmas when I was having company over I didn’t need a bigger arrangement for myself. They refused to credit her credit card back all they wanted to do was give her a store credit or Red deliver it to me, Christmas is over now it’s too late. I will never use them again and suggest that no one else does because they could really care less about what’s right for the customer. What some people may not realize is that cut fruit needs to be refrigerated within 2 to 4 hours otherwise it starts to collect bacteria which then can lead to food poisoning. This arrangement literally sat out in a lobby for 24 hours until the person who sent it asked me if I received it. I only wish shredding this review could make a difference. I teach sales and service in my industry and these folks are lacking it so badly. If it does for just that one person I hope you rethink sending this as a present.

  Just a ware. If you order on line its cheaper but you must set up an account and get bombarded with advertisments and spam. If you call and place an order it much more expensive. First and last time ordering from this company.

  First time order 10.30 Am and not delivered 5 pm when we call to find out what’s going on with my order. Thy put me on hold half hour and when he back on phone saying my order still in store …. Great job keep it up
