  I ordered the Valentine’s Rose Bouquet & the Heartfelt Delights Box and a foil balloon. The Heartfelt Delights Box was super cute and tasted great. The strawberries were REALLY good and I actually liked the cheesecake more than the brownie, the brownie was just okay. Overall, it was a nice treat and packaged well. The bouquet was pretty but for almost $80, I was expecting a little more. The roses were fine, just nothing especially standout about them. I think the presentation could definitely be improved for the price point. It looked different from the photos on the website, which was a little disappointing The balloon was cute too but it felt a little flimsy and not as sturdy as I expected. That said, the staff was clearly working really hard. You could tell they were slammed with valentine’s day orders and I appreciate the effort they were putting in. Overall, it was a good experience. My only suggestions would be better bouquet presentation and a sturdier balloon!!

  I received a flower arraignment that was nothing like the one I was supposed to receive, it looked like something you can get at a grocery store, and when I asked for a refund or to get something fixed they completely denied it.

  Total SCAM. I ordered an edible arrangement to be delivered and it was never delivered. Claimed I had the wrong address. I told them to cancel the order and they never refunded me my money. $150.00. I sent 10 emails to corporate and called the location and nothing got done. I am being charged for something that was never delivered. I will never ever order from edible arrangements again. I would be very careful ordering from this location. Save your money and use a different company. I don't write reviews but when someone steals from me they are getting a review.

  I received a strawberry arrangement with ripe/rotten strawberries and a "cupcake" that looked like it was made by a toddler. I feel bad for the person who gifted it to me, as she wasted her money. The arrangement and cupcake ended up in my trash the same day.

  Edible arrangements is absolutely horrible! They have no customer service whatsoever. They only want to do what’s right for them that’s what’s right for the customer. I live in an apartment building that has a secured entry to the lobby. Somehow they must’ve gotten in and left the arrangement in the heated lobby. Never once did they ring my doorbell for me to come down and accept my delivery or call my cell phone to let me know what was here. The arrangement sat out there for over 24 hours unrefrigerated. All they wanted to do was resend the arrangement. The arrangement was meant for Christmas when I was having company over I didn’t need a bigger arrangement for myself. They refused to credit her credit card back all they wanted to do was give her a store credit or Red deliver it to me, Christmas is over now it’s too late. I will never use them again and suggest that no one else does because they could really care less about what’s right for the customer. What some people may not realize is that cut fruit needs to be refrigerated within 2 to 4 hours otherwise it starts to collect bacteria which then can lead to food poisoning. This arrangement literally sat out in a lobby for 24 hours until the person who sent it asked me if I received it. I only wish shredding this review could make a difference. I teach sales and service in my industry and these folks are lacking it so badly. If it does for just that one person I hope you rethink sending this as a present.
