The difference between Madewell and Free People was huge — I went to Free People right after, and their team was so sweet, intuitive, and actually helpful. They greet you, check in without hovering, and offer a fitting room as soon as they see you holding items. Madewell customer service at this location was a new experience lol🚩😬. Shopping can be stressful sometimes so a little warmth goes a long way

The girls are really helpful right when you walk in and then disappear when you’re in the dressing room. I asked the girl at the register if a bag on display came in different colors and she responded with “no” after I looked it up on the website, it’s available in 4 colors - this about sums it up!
