- GPGabriela PinedaDec 13, 20251.0I’m really disappointed with the customer service I experienced this evening at the J.Crew store in Lynnfield. I was in line waiting with my young son to make a return when the staff decided to open a brand-new register—not to help waiting customers, but to check out their own coworker who was shopping. Despite having been clearly waiting in line, I was completely disregarded. When it was finally my turn, the associate who helped me was short, rude, and condescending. The interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming, and it was honestly very uncomfortable. This was not the level of service I expect from J.Crew. What makes this more disappointing is that this isn’t the first time I’ve noticed a decline in customer service at this location. A few years ago, this store had great management and kind, professional employees. Unfortunately, lately the customer service has gone downhill significantly. Needless to say, this experience has made me not want to return to the Lynnfield location. I’ll be taking my business to the J.Crew at Chestnut Hill Mall instead, where the customer service has consistently been far more respectful, attentive, and professional.

Great summer dresses and of course, lots of wear to work. My favorite this summer is the sunglasses. The Cape and The Cabana and The Wharf shades are top notch this season. Anyway, check out this sweet boutique. You won't be disappointed.
