  Beautiful store but terrible customer service! I walked in and no one acknowledged my presence. I was even wearing full ALO gear! I was definitely planning to make a purchase but since I wasn’t even greeted or asked if I needed anything, after about 15 minutes I just left.

  I had an excellent expierence with this lady named Katie that helped me during my visit. She was attentive and genuinely focused on understanding my needs rather than rushing. Her strong product knowledge is what truly stood out. Because of her help and professionalism I feel valued as a customer with what I bought and would like to expierence that more often.

  Disappointed with Alo quality. I bought the Airlift Line Up Bra and the Alosoft Crop Finesse Long Sleeve and both had serious quality issues. The bra started shrinking and the fabric curled like a ribbon after minimal use. The long sleeve shirt bled dye onto my white gym towel on the very first wear. For such expensive pieces, the quality was extremely disappointing. I expected much better from Alo.
