  This is the worst customer service in the entire chain. A bunch of idle salespeople just walk around following each other, doing nothing. We asked for a size, and they said they would check. After waiting for seven minutes, we saw the same sales associate with the set we had asked for, but instead of coming to find us, they just walked past. When we asked whether they had the size, they simply said they had forgotten about us and kept walking. Your items cost quite a lot of money, yet the way you treat customers who are ready to buy $350 pants is like in the cheapest discount store.

  I had a wonderful experience at Alo Lynnfield. I was welcomed at the door by Gabi who was so professional and gave all attention to my needs. I had to do an exchange and purchase another. She was able to do the exchange and order the right size for me. Then helped me make a decision on other items. The purchase went smoothly and quickly. The entire time she was smiling and super kind. Thank you Gabi!

  Katie and Alexa at the Alo Lynnfield Marketplace were incredible! They went above and beyond to help me find the right styles and sizes… even bringing pieces from the back that weren’t on the floor. Both were so friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I left with everything I needed. It’s rare to find that level of attention and kindness these days. They made my shopping experience exceptional!
