  I had a really uncomfortable experience while I was in this store. This blonde lady who seemed to be some kind of manager was talking so poorly about her associates and was talking about “weeding people out”. Who talks like that about people you’re working with!? So inconsiderate and so unprofessional. They need to train their management better here. The other people in the store were kind and welcomed me in but I had to leave because I was so uncomfortable.

  I had a great experience with a young gentleman named Payton! He helped me the find the perfect shoes and they are amazing. He even helped me pick out an outfit to go with the shoes. Everyone in the store that helped me was fantastic too. 10/10 experience.

  I cannot say enough about this group!! The ladies that greeted me in and kept checking in on me during my visit were wonderful. The boy who seemed to be the store manager I believe his name was Payton, he is WONDERFUL!! He went above and beyond to recommend things for me for my upcoming vacation. I also had a return with him due to a product quality issue in the past and he immediately solved my problem. Very much enjoyed!!

  I came to Alo earlier today excited to finally buy a set I’ve been wanting for a long time, but the experience was extremely disappointing and honestly humiliating. When I walked into the store, I wasn’t greeted at all. Instead, I overheard the manager telling employees to grab spray and a Swiffer and start cleaning the areas around where I was standing. It felt very obvious that the comments were directed at me. Shortly after that, the manager rushed me toward the dressing rooms in a very abrupt and dismissive way. There was no attempt to be welcoming or professional, just an uncomfortable push to move me along as quickly as possible. The entire interaction made me feel judged and unwelcome in a store where customers should feel respected. this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had in a store.

  Rebecca is such a great help! She went above and BEYOND to help me find a perfect pair of shoes! Someone give her a raise immediately!!!
