  I had an exceptional experience at Sunglass Hut today thanks to Marty the manager, who went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, Marty was THE MAN!! He was so welcoming and available when I had questions. He was honest and very knowledgeable. He was also very patient, especially when my card was having issues. So easy to talk to and very personable! Probably the best experience I’ve had at a Sunglass Hut so far. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others :)

  An employee at the Sunglass Hut in the Lee Premium Outlets (Lee, MA) was extremely rude and condescending to me and my mother today (6/11/21). The employee, a blonde middle-aged woman, snapped at us multiple times. Mom did not know that there were already 6 people inside and she tried to enter the store and went over the capacity. The employee told her to get out and wait. Then, I was testing out sunglasses by opening the door and simply looking outside at the sunlight. Mom asked the employee if we were able to do that and the employee snapped at her again saying that “we have windows.” I was not able to hear this interaction and was still testing out sunglasses, and got yelled at. We left because my mother and I got fed up with this woman, and mom called her out for being rude. Her response? “I don’t think so.” This employee did not make us feel welcome at all. I understand the policies you have at your stores, but she could have been a lot more respectful in telling us what the policies were (social distancing, testing out glasses, etc.). I understand why my method of testing out glasses may be problematic. We did not deserve the treatment we got and, as customers, were discouraged from buying at that store. Please do better.

  Great service she really knew her stuff. Cleaned and adjusted our glasses, great job.
