They have a good variety of brand name shops like Nautica, Levi’s, Lind’s chocolates, a makeup store, and many more. They also have electric car chargers so you can charge your car while you shop.

Formal Customer Complaint (Edited & Professional)
Subject: Formal Complaint – Unprofessional Conduct at Clarke’s, Lee Outlet (New Year’s Day)
I am writing to formally complain about an extremely unpleasant experience my mother and I had at the Clarke’s store located at the Lee Outlet on New Year’s Day.
While we were in the store, my elderly mother was trying to fit a pair of shoes. As it was close to closing time, a female employee began rushing us and making us feel uncomfortable instead of politely informing us that the store was about to close. Due to the pressure, we did not have sufficient time to properly return the shoes to their original places.
Shortly after, the employee went toward the back of the store and loudly shouted, “These assholes messed up the place.” This comment was clearly directed at us and was both shocking and deeply disrespectful. When I addressed her and said “Excuse me,” she openly shouted at us again and directly called us “assholes.”
An elderly gentleman who appeared to be the manager was present at the time. When I questioned the situation, he confirmed that the comment was indeed directed at us and showed no concern or attempt to correct the behavior.
I informed the employee that customers should not be spoken to in such a manner, yet she continued to behave rudely and showed no remorse. Her conduct demonstrated a complete lack of customer service skills and professionalism. No customer—especially an elderly one—should ever be treated this way.
This experience was embarrassing, upsetting, and unacceptable. I hope Clarke’s takes this complaint seriously and addresses the behavior of both the employee involved and the lack of management intervention.
I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this matter will be handled.
Sincerely,
RP.

The clothing shops and employees were very nice, I loved them all. But when I went to the food court, I smelt a foul smell probably from the engine exhaust when I went near El Patron. It made me nauseous.

Great stores, plenty of places to shop. The food court obly had around 2 to 4 open places tonget food, while the place looked very run down and lots of closed places. There were quite a few closed stores around the outlets, yet stores had great deals.

Nice smaller scale outlet mall with a good variety of stores.
Even though the mall is not the biggest, it has a little bit of everything.
There are store ranging from a jerkey store to higher end clothing and bags.
They have a central area with a small arcade and mall fast food and a large seating area.
There are plenty of restrooms and the mall is clean and safe.
