For a major mall operated by Simon, you would expect free, hassle-free internet access—especially since cell service inside the building isn’t very reliable. Instead, you’re required to sign up for a bunch of Simon’s marketing emails and promotional material just to get online. It feels unnecessary and inconvenient, especially when so many other malls and public places offer simple, free Wi-Fi without strings attached. Overall, it’s a great place to visit, but improving the Wi-Fi experience would make a big difference and bring the mall up to the level of quality it should have.
