- DWDeanna WMar 29, 20261.0The manager of this place is entirely rude. She first came up to tell me that I can't try on an outter wear top over my clothes (there was a huge line for a dressing room) which I did not argue. Then while waiting for a friend trying on clothes, we were checking out a shirt on display to see if the body chain was attatched, we were immediately told that we cannot touch the maniquin, which have never heard before. Just a complete mean girl energy, which made us immediately leave and buy nothing.
- LLLeahMar 29, 20261.0I usually love going in this store and frequently recommend it to my friends but recently I had a manager harangue my friends and I for simply trying a top over my friend (fully clothed). Then, when we were simply touching a product we were told “you can’t touch the mannequins”. I asked her why she was harassing us and she claimed it was store policy. Just weird, mean energy.

I was there yesterday and an associate behind the register was changing her hoodie but between swapping hoodies was just standing there in a bra… there are changing rooms we all use, I’m not sure if we should all follow suite and just swap out clothes and be in our bras around the store to change our tops. I didn’t realize this was okay. Please review policies with associates because I was uncomfortable.
- KKKylieNov 12, 20251.0I'm not sure if my review from yesterday was deleted but it's not here, I was with my friend yesterday and we were chasing out. I'm assuming this was the manager speaking and what she was saying was awful. They were busy yes, almost everyone in there had a slight attitude but it was understandable. The assumed manager was speaking about one of her employees, how she will retaliate against her by cutting her hours. She was saying this to another employee because the employee she was trying to contact was not answering. Using context clues, I figured it was the girls day off so she doesn't have to answer! The manager was say how the employe is always sweet and happy to her face, wants more hours, but doesn't pick up her phone. People expect more hours SCHEDULED not last minute. Learn how to run a store and not talk crap about your employees.
