  I just wanted to share how much I appreciated the woman working in the Beauty Department (makeup and fragrance)on Monday around 11:00 a.m. My daughter only remembers that her name may have started with the letter “T.” She was absolutely wonderful with my daughter and made our visit so special. You don’t always find that kind of kindness and patience in big department stores, so it really stood out. Great job on this hire, JCPenney! I will definitely be coming back—and maybe even for a little mommy makeover next time! If there’s any way to find out her name, I’d love to know so I can come back when she’s there. Thanks, Donna M.

  Closed 5 minutes early after announcing over the speaker it was 8pm when it was only 7:55, locked the exit to the mall and wouldn't let us out even after we showed her she closed early, and had to walk 10 minutes around the parking lot to get to my car

  Easy in and out of the store. Wife got a great price on her item and staff were friendly. Worst part of mall is the overwhelming smell of skunkweed pot that'll choke ya and the ongoing paving project. Fortunately the paving will be fixed the horrible smell of skunkweed is a Holyoke feature each time i drive thru it
