I went in to get my son some Nike Calm slides for his birthday and we didn't noticed they were a little damaged until we got to the register, so Dez offered a discount or to order us a new pair. We decided to take the discount and when she heard it was my son's birthday, she took off an extra bit. Dez really made our day. This single momma is so grateful that I was able to save a little, as Nike Calms are not cheap and my son is so excited to have his slides! That's what I call customer service and humanity!
