- NBNasli31 BeMar 27, 20261.0I had a very uncomfortable experience at the J.Crew store during my recent visit. From the moment my family and I entered, we noticed staff members watching us very closely and continuously, which made us feel singled out and unwelcome. As we moved around the store, the behavior continued to the point where it felt like we were being monitored as if we were doing something wrong. This feeling persisted all the way until we exited the store. No one approached us in a friendly or helpful way, and the overall atmosphere made us feel judged rather than welcomed as customers. I understand that stores need to be mindful of security, but the way this was handled felt excessive and uncomfortable. It’s important for all customers to feel respected and at ease while shopping. I hope the store management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how staff interact with customers to ensure a more welcoming and respectful environment for everyone.

Zero customer service! Kimberly was so insulting to me and my friend with our body being image. We either put something on that was too small or my friends back was too wide. We were very uncomfortable. I was shocked at how rude the manager was when trying to purchase an online item for $100. Pair of linen pants. She could not figure out how to purchase the pants online with my j crew card. Not my fault that jcrew has a system problem and the sales people could care less about making the sale. I left without purchasing the item and they could wait until my friend$ I left. I’ve spent so much money with crew through the years and it’s come to an end after today. We have never been treated like that at JCrew. I was looked down upon and embarrassed. Awful
- FYF. YJun 10, 20245.0I have to say that this store has always CONSISTENTLY offered excellent service.Today, I was repeatedly asked by multiple staff if I needed help when I was browsing. Even though I just like to browse alone, I truly appreciate the effort that these staff members took to make sure that they were ready to help me. I also love how they make returns super easy. I dont make reviews often about store service, but this store really deserves it!!! BRAVO to whoever trains the staff!!!
