Not sure if it was poor quality of the jewelry or the worker didn’t put it on correctly. Either way I went right back and explained what happened and they could put in a missing item report who knows how long that would take. Only other option was to buy a new one $45 on top of the $205 already spent. Ruined my birthday. I don’t recommend!!

Today, I was in and while there got some extremely good medical news from a family member undergoing a scary hospital procedure. The women working took the time to get to know me, help me process and gather myself, and of course make a purchase. But what stood out most was how they cared for me the PERSON first and foremost. I am forever grateful for their extreme kindness. Thank you both for being just wonderful human beings!!!
