- SWStef WJul 2, 20255.0Was very worried about the condition of an old ring (are the stones loose, can it be re-rounded again) the really nice staff took a look to make sure the stones were safe & spent a little time reshaping it. I had stopped @ 2 other jewlers in town & they offered to check the stones but wanted to charge me to spend anytime reshaping it. Not just a small fee but a proper amount that had me leaving those stores quickly! This is one of those services that use to be complimentary when I was a child and would help build a friendship between the jewler & customer but has fallen by the wayside. They appeared as happy as I was that they could help! I can't wait to return to DeScenza!
